KLIBANER
David Klibaner, founding
partner, has been a lawyer since 1979. Since 1983, he
has represented people who have been injured or wronged
by the actions of corporations, government entities or
individuals. In 1990, David founded The Klibaner Law
Firm with the firm commitment to represent people, never
insurance companies.
David Klibaner has built a
reputation as a highly effective trial lawyer and has
been given the A-V highest rating by his attorney
colleagues published in a well-known legal directory. An
AV certification mark is a significant rating
accomplishment – a testament that an attorney’s peers
rank him at the highest level of professional
excellence. Only lawyers admitted to the bar for 10
years or more are eligible to receive an AV rating, and
only the top five percent of attorneys receive the AV
rating.
David is a graduate of the
Trial Lawyer’s College headed by leading trial
lawyer, Gerry Spence. In a highly competitive process,
about 50 lawyers are selected to go to Spence's ranch
for three weeks to be taught by Spence and top trial
lawyers from all over the country. Mr. Klibaner is also
a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. Mr. Klibaner is a member of the American
Trial Lawyers Association and serves on the Board of
Directors of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.
David has helped a wide
range of clients from a 50-year old truck driver injured
at an oil refinery to a 5-year old run over by an SUV.
In each case, David has been amazed at the strength and
fortitude of clients who have battled back against big
